Hospitality Intern

We are a small, family-run lakeside hotel with an on-site restaurant in central Switzerland. We are looking for motivated Hospitality Interns to support our Food & Beverage service team during the season.

This internship is ideal for students or career starters who would like to gain hands-on experience in restaurant service and daily hotel operations in a real working environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting the restaurant service team (serving food and beverages, clearing tables, basic guest interaction)
• Assisting with daily restaurant setup and closing duties
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Supporting general day-to-day operations during busy service periods
• Working closely with a small international team

What we are looking for:

We are looking for motivated and reliable interns with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Candidates should be hands-on, flexible, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.

• Interest in hospitality and food & beverage service
• Good team spirit and flexibility
• Basic English required; German is an advantage but not mandatory
• Previous experience is not required, but interest in hospitality and teamwork is essential.

What we offer:

• A 6-month internship in a friendly, family-run hotel - From April/May 2026

• Monthly salary of CHF 2,400
