Meetings and Events Trainee

Hilton Brussels Grand Place is looking for an energetic and motivated trainee to join our team as a Meetings & Events Trainee. If you are looking for a rewarding experience full of opportunities to learn and grow, you have come to the right place!

This internship will give you an exciting insight into the world of meetings and events within our hotel. Working alongside our experienced team, you will actively contribute to the full management of our guests' events, in a friendly and stimulating environment.

What will your responsibilities be?

• You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to their requests and preparing attractive offers and proposals.
• You will learn all about drafting contracts and managing invoicing.
• You will help ensure our guests' satisfaction and well-being throughout their stay and event.
• By taking part in our weekly meetings, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Front Office teams to coordinate and plan upcoming events.

Who are we looking for?

You are studying Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business, Event Management or a related field and have an internship agreement starting from December/ January for a minimum period of 6 months!

• You are comfortable communicating in both English and French with our international clientele. Knowledge of Dutch or any other language is a plus!
• Above all, we are looking for someone who is positive, dynamic and eager to learn.
• Strong administrative and/or commercial skills are a great advantage.
