• Support the F&B Manager in supervising restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
• Assist in motivating and guiding the team to deliver excellent service.
• Provide professional and courteous support to both staff and guests.
• Help resolve guest concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork, motivation, and a service-oriented culture across the department.
• Contribute to administrative and quality-related tasks as assigned.
