Sales & Marketing Trainee

Are you seeking an exciting adventure in the hospitality world? Hilton Brussels Grand Place is on the lookout for an energetic intern to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Trainee. If you're looking for a rewarding and surprising experience, you're in the right place!

Here’s what you’ll contribute to

Marketing

• Internal & External Communication: Creation and distribution of marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, and digital assets).
• Creation of presentation for the Sales and Meeting & Events Team.
• Online content: Manage the maintenance of the hotel's websites, blog and partners’ websites.
• Collaborate with Marketing team to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Manage online reputation.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Social Media Guru

• Social media management: Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok, GMB.
• Support in the development of the digital strategy
• Content creation (photos, videos & copy)
• Set-up of reporting
• Video Challenges

Sales

• Organization and presentations: You'll manage administrative tasks, create impactful presentations, and coordinate business activities with style.
• Collaborate for an exceptional customer experience: Work with our teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Assist the sales team: identify potential clients and generate leads.
• Conduct market research: identify new business opportunities.

Your ideal profile?

A student in hotel management, marketing, communication, or business, with a minimum five-month internship agreement starting in January 2027

• Fluent in English. If you speak French, Dutch or any other language, it's a plus!
• Communicative and customer service-oriented, you enjoy helping people and can keep your cool even in the busiest situations.
• Full of energy and able to work in a team while keeping a positive attitude.
• Challenges don't scare you; they motivate you!
